in New Orleans. Enthusiastic about working with all hair types from curly to thick and she loves the creativity of special occasion formal styling.
Tina loves to see the transformations that can happen with regular skincare treatments and professional skincare products.
She is a Hydrafacial Specialist focused on peels, dermaplaning and relaxation facials and is certified with PCA products.
To enhance her education, Tina has attended Hydrafacial Specialist training in Chicago.

Laurie’s passion is hair color for its’ many creative possibilities.
Blaire's passions are performing trendy haircuts, working with blondes and performing the balayage technique.
She strives to achieve the perfect eyebrow through waxing and continues her education through in-house training sessions.
Megan thoroughly enjoys being able to show her creative and artistic abilities through hair and educating her clients on how to style and
recreate the look at home.
From performing formal updo's and blowouts to simple curls, Megan is focused on making her clients feel beautiful.
She continues to be educated through in-house training classes here at Cloud 9.
Paula loves the creativity side of hair color and performing edgy hair cuts. She has continued her education by attending a variety of
hair shows including Wella Color in New York and Behind the Chair in Chicago, Nashville and Indianapolis. She also is engaged with in-house
training here at Cloud 9.
Hayley enjoys getting creative with hair color through highlighting and blending to help her clients achieve a very natural look.
She has advanced her cut & color training by attending classes presented by Morroccan Oil and TIGI Colour & Balayage.
Lonnie is passionate about hair styling and is a master colorist. He has been doing hair for 30+ years and his attention to detail
allows him to help every client achieve their ideal look. To further his knowledge and tone his craft, Lonnie has attended
a variety of training classes and international expos. Clairol Professional, Pierre Alexander School in Manchester, England, Tony and Guy
Expo in Dallas and Trend Vision in Berlin, Germany. Additionally, he is a licensed cosmetology instructor and has been training
in-house for 13 years.
Nathalie thoroughly enjoys working with all types of hair. As a curly hair specialist, she likes tackling thicker textures and a variety
of lengths. She really loves the diversity of each day transitioning from different cutting techniques, applying color/foils and doing razor cuts.
The most rewarding part of each day though is seeing each of her client's leave happy and feeling good!
Diane shines with precision hair cutting and enjoys working with short hair styles.
The art of hair coloring is where Diane can also truly show her creative side.
Her advanced training as taken her abroad to London for the Graham Webb hair show and Italy for the CosmoProf Beauty Expo.
She also has studied here in the states at the Bumble & Bumble Expo in New York as well as the Sam Villa show in Baton Rouge.
Laney has a passion working with curly and textured hair types as well as performing detailed razor cuts.
She thrives and stays motivated in her career with the daily excitement of new opportunities and creative challenges.
Her continuing education has taken her to the TIGI Academy 2014, Color Placement Training with Wella's Mark DeBolt, Cutting & Style
Expo with Anthony Cole and attended various in-house training classes.
Shahrzad enjoys spending time with her clients and building strong relationships. She is very skilled with highlighting and displaying
her creative side through hair color. She also thrives with hair cutting and interjects her experience styling and smoothing curly hair.
To further her training, she has attended the TIGI New York Hair Expo, USA Color Show in Miami, Martin Parsons Up-do
Class in Toronto, the Goldwell Expo for Hair Cutting Techniques in Arlington, VA. and educational classes provided by Sam Villa.
Moe enjoys all aspects of hair from styling to blonding to balayage. Her goal is to have her clients feeling
refreshed and beautiful in their own skin.
To further her training, Moe has attended classes for Brazilian blowouts, with Moroccan Oil on cutting techniques
and installing hand-tied extensions using JZ.
Janette thoroughly enjoys hair cutting and using her creative side to customize the correct color formula for each client.
She is certified with Keratin smoothing treatments and hair extensions. To further her training, she has attended several
professional training seminars including the 2013 Behind the Chair Show in Nashville, 2014 Advanced Hair Cutting in Louisville
and the 2016 Hair Expo in Chicago. Janette loves working with each and every client and making their visit to Cloud 9 memorable!
Ally enjoys the creativity of hair color especially balayage, blonding and fantasy fashion colors. Also, gets involved with special event hair and make-up.
Her advanced training extends to being certified with Olaplex and attended the 2022 Pulp Riot color class.
Annmarie has a passion for hair coloring, especially with the blondeing process. She has a master certification with Bellami
extensions and the Olaplex program. The ability to achieve new looks for clients and seeing those transformations is what excites
her about her career.
Brooke enjoys the art aspects of hair color and blonding along with educating her clients on the
correct products to use at home and additional styling techniques. She also is certified in Bellami hair extensions
and continues to further her education through in-house training with our master stylists.
Alicia's goal with every client is to provide complete relaxation and help them feel their best.
She thoroughly enjoys performing pedicures and shellac manicures with a touch of glitter.
Kelly is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (A.M.T.A) with continuing education certification for
accomodating clients with fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, diabetes and the elderly.
She enjoys performing hot stone massages with a focus on relieving anxiety and stress.
Kelly also performs therapeutic massage for targeted muscle pain relief.
Shannon enjoys pinpointing the exact muscles causing certain issues such as tension and/or pain and using a variety of techniques to
release the muscles responsible. This creates a sense of balance and normalcy for the body.
She specializes in trigger point and deep tissue massage and also possesses a love for giving a tranquil Swedish relaxation massage.
Her continuing education involves neuromuscular therapy techniques for the treatment of migranes as well as cervical
whiplash and advanced massage techniques including hot stone, pre-natal, bamboo fusion as well as Ashiatsu and Ashi-thai.
Darlene has been performing massage therapy for over 30 years. She is dedicated to understanding her
clients needs and customizing each treatment for them.
Her therapy strengths include: Swedish, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Pre-natal and Deep Tissue. She enjoys
specifically working with sports-related injuries, head and
headache issues, sinus, TMJ, pinched nerves, shoulder issues like rotator cuff and frozen shoulder.
Grace focuses on restoring her clients' bodies through various massage techniques and
assisting them with achieving maximum relaxation. She enjoys stretching tight muscles and
working on arms, hands, feet and legs since they are used so frequently.
Emily loves finding the balance between relaxation and therapeutic work. She thoroughly enjoys pampering clients
while still relieving any aches, pains or muscle tightness they may have. Swedish and hot stone massage are her specialties
along with focusing on shoulder and neck pain, tension in the hips and glutes and providing relief for sore feet and calves.
She is a member of A.M.T.A (The American Massage Therapy Association).
Gracie has a passion for highlighting her clients natural beauty with enhancing services, skin care treatments
and prescribing professional grade products. She understands the importance of self maintenance and the best way to
approach providing services. Her knowledge and advanced training provides her the ability to treat every client assuming
no contradictions. Gracie enjoys making every visit the most relaxing and enjoyable for every client.
